FLY Yoga is a light to moderate exercise using a fabric hammock (known as the FLY hammock) to provide support for a total body conditioning and stretch activity with low stress on joints.
FLY Yoga teaches coordination and concentration, as the FLY hammock takes yoga poses to a new level, making usually challenging poses easier to achieve for those who have difficulties with traditional yoga progressions. It utilizes the benefits of gravity, core balance and body weight training so you would use more brain neurons and muscle fibers compared to ground or mat yoga and even aqua exercises, making it a rewarding and fun exercise with numerous therapeutic, physiological and social benefits.
