Inspired by dance fitness, this program combines pole oriented cardiovascular and strength training with an exciting spectrum of dance choreography to improve fitness and muscle tone of both the upper and lower body as well as develop core strength.

Inspired by acrobats, this program is focused on strength conditioning, endurance and flexibility with heavy emphasis on acrobatics. Catered to developing the male physique (arms, shoulders, back and core), it is open to both men and women. Minimum strength requirement applies.

Viva PoleJam - GYMS ONLY
Inspired by city living and created exclusively for gyms and fitness centers (client portfolio: Celebrity Fitness, California Fitness, Philip Waine), this program combines fast paced urban dance choreography with props and poles. Catering for busy individuals that want a workout and experience the fun of pole in limited time. Certification courses available.
